Fannin County Board of Commissioners Chairman

Stan Helton

Our nation, the State of Georgia, and the citizens of Fannin County are all under a deadly health threat that we haven’t seen in a lifetime. The COVID-19 threat is real and it is here.

During the past few weeks we have had endless meetings and conference calls on how to address this threat. On March 25th the Fannin Board of Commissioners decided the time to act was NOW !

All the measures we have taken had one goal in mind - - - the Health and Safety of Fannin citizens.

You can be sure that your local government will make the tough but necessary decisions needed to get us past this threat.

Fannin County folks have common sense and great faith. Because of you, I am confident that we will get through this pandemic together!

Stan Helton

Chairman, Fannin County Board of Commissioners
