Blue Ridge Mtns News has obtained a copy of the Emergency Ordinance unanimously passed by the City Council today after a Special Called Video conference hosted by City Attorney Courtney Stuart.

Council members gave City Clerk Nancy Godfrey permission to sign their names to the ordinance - others would drive to City Hall and sign the document via the Pay Window.

The gray-shaded areas shown in the pictures were items added to the ordinance.
